Which browsers are supported by DimensionMS?You can use DimensionMS with all modern browsers! We recommend Firefox or Chrome if you want a better experience due to Opera, Safari, and Edge offer only partial support.

Is DimensionMS supported on mobile device?You can view and create forms on a mobile device without any problem! However, download and upload may differ depending on your network.

Can I try the app for free before I decide to purchase?Yes, we offer a free version of the app! But for the full experience and better organization, we recommend you try some of our premium packages. We will gladly give you a 14-day free trial.

How long does my package subscription last?12 months from the day you subscribed or until you cancel your subscription by sending an email to help@saltuaris.com

How am I billed?You get a monthly bill in a 12-month cycle, starting from the date you choose your pricing plan. Every year you have to renew your subscription, and you can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or suspend your subscription anytime by emailing help@saltuaris.com

Is the DimensionMS platform integrated with Google Calendar?Unfortunately, no, but we are working on it!

Does my website need to be on the DimensionMS platform?No! Although the DimensionMS platform supports websites with the possibility of changing the content, we leave that decision to you.

Do I pay upgrade of existing module?No! There is no charge for upgrading existing modules. Even if you do not use any of the upgraded modules, the upgrade is free for you.
